Update

Hello, I’ve now been eating differently for 2 1/2 weeks now and I feel great!  I’m actually wearing a dress today that was very uncomfortable to wear 3 weeks ago. This new way of eating is super simple. I eat 6 small meals a day.  I would love to share my journey with you, and help you get on track to better health. Valerie.long2@yahoo.com. The Beginning

Today is July 20, 2020, and boy has it been a rough start of our year.  I started a new health journey one week ago, and I haven't been too hopeful because I have tried every weight loss product, and weight loss avenues with little or no success.  I am very hopeful that this one will work because I have several friends who have lost half their body weight in under one year.  I started out at 241.4 last week, and today I weighed 238.4.  Not a huge loss, but it is something.   I decided to start a weight loss blog so that I can help others if this helps me.  I did sign up to be a certified weight loss coach, so I can help others while I am losing weight.  I love this way of living because I can have, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and other items that I love.
